Acrylic Flooring

A durable synthetic surface suitable for all multi-purpose sports courts, commonly used for:

Features of Our Acrylic System

  • Flexible acrylic system (Silicon Bilirofin).

  • Each acrylic layer is applied with a thickness of 1 mm.

  • Adjustable final thickness:

    • 3 layers = 3 mm flexible surface.

  • High elasticity to reduce physical stress during play.

SPR Layer (Black Rubber Base)

  • Commonly known as the “Shock Pad” layer.

  • Specialized rubber layer designed for shock absorption.

  • Thickness ranges from 8 mm to 25 mm.

  • Corrects surface imperfections in:

    • Concrete

    • Asphalt

  • Serves as an ideal base layer before applying the acrylic system.

All liquid materials (acrylic and SPR) are thoroughly mixed before application, and the base surface must be solid and stable, limited to concrete or asphalt only.
